| Having been described by
Glastonbury Festival as a natural performer who emanates charm,
good humour and the kind of confidence only achieved by the truly
talented, Trash has taken poetry and given it her own unique
spin. Whilst famous for her outrageously funny takes on life,
love and the dentist, Trash continues to push the boundaries
of modern poetry. In her own words she says: "It is poetry
but its poetry with about 3 thousand volts thrown in". Whether
working in music (as with the groundbreaking 5th Generation and
Rain), image (the Clown Princess and Waiting for God) or simple
words themselves, there is a depth to her work that draws the
listener and reader in and enables them to feel the emotions
that lay behind the words, this is poetry as it should be - prepare
to be entertained! |
